Sienna’s IM Real Estate team advises in the acquisition of the fine grain portfolio in Ireland

Both assets are fully let, to two tenants in Dublin and three in Galway, across a number of industries including MedTech and software. Located in two established business parks, in proximity to numerous public transport and road access routes, the properties benefit from a strong connection to both Dublin and Galway city centres. Parkmore boasts a BER A3 rating and was delivered in 2018 to a LEED gold standard. Waterside has a planned pathway to increase its BER rating through LED lighting and an improved air conditioning system.
