Sienna Real Estate advises Novaxia Investissement on the acquisition of a Zuidland business complex

Sienna Real Estate has advised Novaxia Investissement on the acquisition of the D.O.R.C. complex in Zuidland, the Netherlands. The property concerns a high-quality business complex, including commercial space, offices, a production facility and, notably, an extensive clean room and laboratory facilities. The building has c. 10,200 m² of lettable floor space, divided over two floors and ample outside parking spaces.

The property is situated at the Kerkweg 47e in Zuidland, which is part of the larger Rotterdam region. It is fully let to the Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center (D.O.R.C.). This company is actively engaged in the development and production of medical instruments and equipment for ophthalmic surgery.

Novaxia Investissement was advised by Sienna Real Estate (investment management), Drees & Sommer (technical) and Greenberg Traurig (legal). During this transaction, seller was advised by Kolpa van der Hoek Makelaars (commercial) and The Legal Brick (legal).
