Sienna Real Estate advises Arkéa REIM on acquisition in Rijswijk, the Netherlands

Sienna Real Estate’s Benelux team have advised Arkéa REIM on the acquisition of the office building at the Laan van Vredenoord 8-24 in Rijswijk. The property is acquired from M7 on behalf of the Arkéa REIM Transitions Europe SCPI Fund.

Laan van Vredenoord 8-24 is a high-quality five-story office building, comprising 5.366 sqm LFA of office area and 140 parking spaces on the parking deck and underground garage. The property was constructed in 2008, benefits from energy label A and is fully let to two tenants for an extended duration.

Arkéa REIM was commercially advised by CBRE and Sienna Real Estate. Greenberg Traurig and Drees & Sommer have advised Arkéa REIM legally and technically. Vendor M7 was commercially advised by Prime Realty Partners and legally by Loyens & Loeff.
