Sienna IM’s Real Estate team assists SCPI Transitions Europe to aquire its first office complex in Poland

Transitions Europe SCPI, managed by Arkéa REIM and assisted by Sienna IM’s Real Estate team , has made a major acquisition in Poland. On 11 July 2024, it acquired an office complex in Szczecin, the office complex covers an area of 12,919 m² and is located in the Lastownia district, which has benefited from a major regeneration programme.
