Sienna Investment Managers’ (Sienna IM) Real Estate team has advised SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, on the acquisition of an office property in Milan, Italy, located in Crescenzago district, the tenant’s historic home and an area with excellent accessibility.
The property is fully let to an Italian multimedia publishing group listed on the Milan stock exchange. The tenant operates in Italy and Spain in a number of business sectors, including the publishing of daily newspapers and magazines, advertising, and the organisation of international sporting events. Following a recommitment by the tenant as part of the acquisition, the residual term of the lease is now more than 8 years.
The complex, developed between 2008 and 2011, is BREEAM Good certified and comprises 3 independent buildings and an underground space, including storage areas and 256 parking spaces.
