Sienna IM Germany advises SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, on the acquisition of “Porticon”

Sienna Investment Managers‘ (Sienna IM) German Real Estate team has advised the French SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, on the acquisition of an office building in Presselstrasse, Stuttgart. The asset is located in a sought-after submarket of Stuttgart and is let to a global player in the infrastructure sector. The c. 11,400 sqm office space caters to modern office demands including above average ceiling heights, flexible office space layouts, as well as a roof terrasse that offers a magnificent view over the city of Stuttgart. Also, the asset comes with strong ESG prospects, which entail district heating and LED lighting among other features.
