Sienna IM: Arkéa REIM buys an office building in Dublin
The Transitions Europe SCPI, managed by Arkéa REIM, has made its first acquisition in Ireland. It has acquired the Plantation House office building in Dublin. With a total surface area of 1,247 m², it underwent a total renovation programme in 2009, followed by a second wave in 2022, which enabled the building to be recognised as energy-efficient with BER C1.
