After advising Arkéa REIM in the acquisition of the Plantation House building in Dublin on behalf of the Transitions Europe SCPI, Sienna IM’s Real Estate team has done it again, assisting the SCPI in the acquisition of Citypoint, a mixed-use building located in the heart of Galway in the West of Ireland.
