Sienna IM advises SCPI Momentime on their first UK acquisition

Sienna Investment Managers’ UK team are delighted to have advised SCPI Momentime, managed by  Arkea REIM, on the acquisition of Linkway Retail Park, Cannock.

Linkway Retail Park is located in Cannock, approximately 1.2 miles east of the M6. The park encompasses 160,431 sq ft across 10 units and is fully let, with a WAULT of 4.5 years, to tenants including B&M, Starbucks, Dunelm, Iceland, and Currys.

This deal marks Sienna IM’s third acquisition in the UK over the last 12 months. Arkéa REIM was also advised by Watts (technical) and Simmonds & Simmonds (legal). The Vendor was advised by Hampson Wall (commercial).
