Since the launch of its equity and credit strategies dedicated to social issues, Listed Assets has relied on the analyses of Humpact, the extra-financial rating agency specialising in corporate social issues. The themes analysed are mainly: local job creation, job creation for young people and their training, the work of seniors, their retention in employment, the integration of people with disabilities, diversity, parity, quality of employment and value sharing.
