Sienna Investment Managers’ (Sienna IM) Real Estate team has advised SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, on the acquisition of an office complex in the CBD of Szczecin, the 7th city and the 4th seaport of Poland. Located at the edge of the German border, the office market within the city is characterized by low vacancy rate and solid fundamentals.

The property is composed roughly of 13,000 sqm of GLA office space, and is fully let on a multi-tenant basis to 31 tenants with an overall firm duration exceeding 6 years. Built in 2013, the property holds a BREEAM Very Good certification which is currently in the process of being renewed.
